Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Assistant 3 for a contract opportunity in Hopkinton, MA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High school diploma or equivalent.
o 1 year of experience with SAP MRP System.
o 1 year of experience with purchasing.
o US Citizenship.
o Strong oral & written communication skills.
o Computer literate.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for a Procurement Assistant 3 who will be responsible for soliciting quotes, entering purchase requisitions, expediting orders, and general support for on time delivery.
Responsibilities:
o Email RFQs to suppliers, generate purchase requisitions in SAP.
o Follow up with Buyers with preferred pricing quotes.
o Proficient with SAP MRP System and MS Office.
o Manage suppliers for on time delivery.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o 2 years' experience generating purchase requisitions in SAP.
o 2 years' experience soliciting RFQs and managing suppliers for OTD.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
9/80 workweek. On-site. 7:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
