Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 (two) Assemblers for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): Ability to operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire strippers, Coax wire processing equipment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables for the building of precision Electro Mechanical Assembies, wiring of assemblies and sub assemblies and higher skilled soldering operations. Supports the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies. Ability to operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire strippers, Coax wire processing equipment. Also assemble, install and terminate complex harness and assemblies. Perform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts as assigned. Works from diagrams, drawings, schematics and operations sheets.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Accredited High School Diploma or GED. WORK HOURS: Full-Time 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 06:00am-04:30pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
