Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Development Representative 3 for a contract/remote opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): High school diploma or equivalent and 20 years of experience. Experience with government customers. SCRAM/Composites knowledge. Understanding challenges of deployment/maturation.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Looking for a business development representative. The objective of this engagement is to enhance the client's BD posture by identifying high-probability opportunities aligned to core technology roadmaps; accelerating the maturity and insertion of technologies into programs of record; supporting strategic messaging and proposal readiness; and improving customer insight. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze DoD Budgets. 2. Investigate new markets and customers for technologies. 3. Assist with the development of technology maturation and insertion roadmaps. 4. Identify TI insertion onramps into programs of record. 5. Monitor OTAs and Sam.gov for relevant opportunities. 6. Assist with proposal SOW development. 7. Write marketing plans and perform competitive market assessments. 8. Develop and foster customer relationships. 9. Arrange TIMs and site visits with customers.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent is required. School must be accredited. WORK HOURS: 9/80 workweek. 100% On-Site. ADDITIONAL: Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information. Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
