Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for an onsite contract opening in Grand Prairie, TX.

REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess an active US DoD Secret clearance. Required Experience:
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in modeling both weapon and sensor systems.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with subsystems and software engineers to integrate MATLAB models, C++ models, and tactical software into the simulations.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in C++ and MATLAB.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an experienced Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer who will specialize in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) of complex technical solutions. Responsibilities include:
  • Design and documentation of model and simulation requirements and architecture
  • Develop, verify, and validate both complex models and simulations such as missile 6-degree-of-freedom simulations (6-DOF) and effects-based simulations
  • Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments and verify system and subsystem level requirements
  • Perform critical studies, analyses, and test activities
  • Support ground and flight test efforts including Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) activities
  • EDUCATION HS/GED SHIFT 4/10 - Shift MISCELLANEOUS Must possess active Secret Clearance


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
