Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Electromechanical Assemblers for a direct opportunity in Hawthorne, CA.
Job Description:
1-3 years of Assembling experience (working with small/micro parts is a plus) - Has worked with a microscope, in a cleanroom and is familiar with ESD (electrostatic discharge) - Able to read and interpret specification and drawings - Die attaching substrates, wire bond, using epoxy is a plus. - Willingness to learn, positive attitude and being flexible with moving to different areas.
VISION Requirements:
Must be able to distinguish and identify colors, have peripheral vision and 3D depth perception (vision with ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) with the ability to adjust focus throughoutWORK ENVIRONMENT:
Will occasionally work near moving mechanical parts and be in contact with moving mechanical equipment/parts; Ability to tolerate a moderate noise level environment (business office environment, light traffic)
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Work Schedule:
1st Shift, 5/40 ScheduleEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
