Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Must have minimum 2 years experience as a user management support specialist or similar role, must have minimum 2 years experience in user management, access control, technical support, and data management.
  • Experience in user management, access control, and technical support, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of data security and governance principles, including access control, authentication, and authorization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and its user management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of data management and analytics tools, such as data warehousing, business intelligence, and data science.
  • Experience with Service Central and/or Service Central citizen developer
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless user management and access control for Client EDE users, providing technical support and guidance to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of CP4D.

    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
