Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Interim Secret is required to start
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- 2+ years facilities experience
- 2+ years experience with general maintenance experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant •and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, or associated work on plant facilities.- May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor.
- May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary.
- May assist with preventative/corrective maintenance.
- Building repairs, painting, carpentry, handyman position. Basic facilities maintenance, trash pick-up, wide range of duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
- 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
