Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Methods Process Analysts (Level 1) for a contract opportunity in Everet & Kent, WA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Exposure and/or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment
  • Experience performing work observations and time studies.
  • Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training.
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Our Methods Process Analyst contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
  • Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Must be able to crouch down, semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the day.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION Accredited Bachelor Degree or higher required.

    WORK HOURS FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Possible OT opportunities.


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
