Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electronics Technician for a contract opportunity in Ventura, CA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- These responsibilities will include fabrication of electronic/electrical chassis' and mechanical rack fabrication using development engineering drawings.
- Candidate must be capable of working independently, discussing technical issues with customers and working with vendors.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consist of engineering hardware fabrication support,
troubleshooting, testing and basic Laboratory operations responsibility.- Some climbing on ladders may be required as well as lifting up to 25lbs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- An AA in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is highly preferred.
Accredited HSD/GEDREQUIRED EDUCATION:
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 5/40 work schedule
- 2nd Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
