Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Engineer
for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Troubleshooting experience.- Candidate has 2-4 years Testing Lab experience
- Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Testing experience
- Candidate has 2-4 years Report Writing
- Candidate has 2-4 years Problem Solving Capability
- Must have experience with test labs (MFC Dynamics Lab or NTS), flight testing.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports and leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
- Test Coordination (Security, Shipping, Logistics)
HW and SW test planning and execution (i.e., component, lab, field)- Integration and testing troubleshooting & problem-solving skills System/subsystem integration including for make and buy hardware
- Familiarity with test/evaluation techniques
- The candidate is responsible for technical support, risk reduction and improvements of multiple legacy missile programs.
- This candidate will perform activities including development testing, systems integration, system qualification, and flight test initiatives.
In this role, the candidate shall be responsible for analyzing design specifications/requirements, determining verification methods, development of test documentation, development of Integration and Test processes, execution of system component integration, and coordination with Customer program offices and test facilities for test planning and execution.- This candidate will support tasks related to design specifications/requirements, validation and verification review, support qualification and environmental testing.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering , Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree

- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
- 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
