Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facility Operations Analyst for a contract opportunity in Fort Knox, KY.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- The candidate may be required to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI
clearance however can start with a Secret clearance- Familiarity with range operations, firearms handling, or monitoring systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to enforce
safety standards.- Ability to operate communication and monitoring equipment effectively.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills for coordinating with staff and
visitors.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor range usage and enforce operational and safety procedures.
systems.- Maintain accurate records of range operations, incidents, and maintenance
activities.- Assist in range planning, scheduling, and coordination with facility staff
and users.- Provide training or guidance on proper safety practices to personnel and
visitors.- Respond to incidents or emergencies promptly while following established
protocols.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and environmental
standards.- Analyze and optimize reception, staging, onward movement and integration (RSOI) workflows for incoming units
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for staging operations
Coordinate with military logistics personnel and contractors- Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and generate performance reports on material movement and personnel using site facilities
- Ensure units are mission-ready and incorporated into operational plans
- Personnel must manage logistics, communications, and scheduling to ensure seamless transitions for use of site capabilities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in safety or
range management preferred.WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 5/40 work schedule
- 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
