Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting within a global organization
Proven ability to manage concurrent hiring projects and priorities- Experience coaching or managing a small team of recruiters or coordinators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using and optimizing recruiting technologies (ATS, CRMs, direct sourcing tools)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)- Experience in behavioral-based interviewing and assessment methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a transformative, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare, medical technology, or pharmaceutical sector preferred
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead recruiting activities from sourcing through successful hire
- Partner with hiring managers to create impactful job postings and sourcing strategies
- Drive social media engagement and proactive referral solicitation
- Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to stakeholders
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and manage offer negotiations
- Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely feedback
- Manage requisitions and ensure real-time system updates
- Identify and escalate compliance or risk issues
- Develop talent pipelines for critical and repeatable roles
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Monitor recruitment activity and trends to support forecasting and performance reviews- Lead continuous improvement projects within the TA function
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in the utility sector or knowledge of utility services
- Experience with Agile methodology and ITIL tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Working knowledge of reporting platforms (Splunk, Google Analytics, Power BI)
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited Bachelor's degree or equivalent
WORK HOURS:
- 5/40 work schedule
- 1st Shift
Monday-Friday
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
