Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Composite Fabrication Specialists for a contract opportunity in West Jordan, UT.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Composite Fabrication experience
- Machine Operations
- Detailed work instruction following
- Engineering Drawing Reading
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs composite fabrication machine set-up, machine operations, and fabrication tasks. Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Composite bagging and forming.
- Composite drilling and bonding.
- Tooling preparation.
- Machine set up and operation.
- Overhead crane operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Overhead Crane driving
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or Accredited GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.WORK HOURS:
MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING Variable shifts 1st and 2nd 4/10 schedule.PER CLIENT:
Candidates who do not have the flexibility to work all shifts or variable shifts should not apply for this opportunity.Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
