Chipton-Ross is seeking an Avionic Technician for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Must have at least 4-6 years of related work experience
- Needs to have routing, wire repair, and electrical testing experience.
- Cable Wire Harness
- Reading electrical schematics
- Avionic Testing
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for installing electrical harnesses and performing operational checks, post modification testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems on aircraft. System and Sub system testing/operational checks.
- May do some APG work in conjunction with Avionics terminating, and wire repair.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
- Must Be willing to work any shift: Mon- Thur 1st shift (6a-4:30P), Mon- Thur 2nd Shift (4:30p-3A), and Weekend Thurs-Sun (6:00am-4:30p)
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
