Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Courtland, AL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3-4 years of related work experience
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports recruiting and placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
  • Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.

    • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Accredited HSD/GED

  • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time
  • 4/10 work schedule
  • 1st Shift


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
