Chipton-Ross is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Level 4) for a contract opportunity in Seattle, WA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Client experience is a must have
  • 10 years of related experience - HRBP (human resources business partner) related experience in a large multi-national/ enterprise organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to hit the ground running
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Drives overall people/talent plan and initiatives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities. Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non union, manufacturing or business functions.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

    WORK HOURS:

    FULL-TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
