Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Test Engineers for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
  • Must have an active secret clearance
  • 4-6 years of experience with software development (C,
  • C++, LabVIEW preferred)
  • 4-6 years of experience in production environments
  • 6+ years of experience in test equipment design
  • 6+ years of experience in electronic testing
  • 6+ years of experience in mechanical testing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide
  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components
  • Translate customer requirements into system test solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints
  • Establish functional and technical specifications and standards
  • Solve hardware/software interface problems and define input/output parameters
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems
  • Coordinate subsystem/system testing activities with programs and other organizations
  • Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance
  • Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to validate fixes
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with LabVIEW/LabWindows CVI and NI tools for development and maintenance of complex systems
  • Proficiency in C/C++ with ATE hardware integration expertise (switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, automation)
  • Experience with automated test equipment development/maintenance in high-volume production environments
  • Background in electro-optic sensor solutions for military platforms
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • WORK HOURS:

  • 4/10 work schedule
  • 1st Shift


  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
