Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training and Development Specialist for a contract opportunity in Littleton, CO.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Current or previous IPC Certification
  • Connector Mate & Demate operations experience
  • Hardware Torquing experience
  • Adhesive Bonding experience
  • Minimum four-years manufacturing experience
  • Minimum one-year On-the-job Training (OJT) experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
  • Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification
  • Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
  • Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
  • Demonstrated manufacturing process discipline
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited HSD/GED
  • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time
  • 5/40 work schedule
  • 1st Shift


  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
