Chipton-Ross is seeking an Image Reproduction Operator 2 for an opportunity in Newport News, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o High School and 2 years additional education and/or experience. o Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Windows 10. o Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word. o Scanning and Printing Software. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Strong time management and the ability to multitask. o Excellent customer service skills. o Attention to detail. o Quality control skills. o Work Safely. o Able to lift 50 pounds. o PPE: Ear Muffs, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate large duplicating and/or scanning machines to make copies of drawings, photographs, or drawings. Responsibilities include manipulate complex electronic engineering documents that are critical to the ship construction process, operate a networked color print system and a high volume digital printer with various finishing options, scan small and large format drawings, and complete indexing and file conversions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED is required from accredited school.WORK HOURS:
5/40 workweek. 100% On-site. 6AM - 2:30PM.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
