Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Safety & Airworthiness Support Analysts (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Seal Beach, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+ years of experience in the use of tools such as Microsoft Access to support data entry, data organization, and generate reports from data to support engineering and business analysis
  • 3+ years of experience and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The chosen candidate is an enthusiastic, highly collaborative teammate with a passion for diving into details. This individual will also have the skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
  • Supports engineers and other technical and non-technical staff with tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) process
  • Helps develop, gather, and document basic technical data for company products
  • Processes technical information from airplane operators, maintainers, and other sources
  • Captures critical information and enters/maintains multiple databases and an internal server with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organizes data, prepares agendas, and facilitates meetings where technical information is exchanged
  • Creates and distributes weekly reports according to established schedules
  • Communicates critical information to internal and external customers in compliance with clearly defined requirements
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Works well with others as well as independently
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION Accredited Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

    WORK HOURS FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
