Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training Analyst (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years worked in a customer facing environment and been directly involved in gathering requirements
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with and supporting senior and executive leadership, displaying clear communication skills across all levels
  • 5+ years of experience leading the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
  • Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the client Production Systems
  • Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports
  • Perform ad hoc training queries / business management actions to meet goals
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Maintain and monitor data integrity, perform risk assessments, identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to inquiries and provide feedback
  • Participate in process improvement activities
  • Interact daily with employees, leaders and stakeholders while providing excellent customer service
  • Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions; takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
  • Participate in leadership presentations
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience integrating, coordinating, and presenting developmental training programs and staffing resource needs across large organizations
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
  • Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve non-technical or operational problems regarding business objectives and team effectivity
  • Experience in communicating across multiple platforms with the ability to effectively reach diverse backgrounds and levels of teammates and leadership
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    potential to lift up to 10 lbs

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

    WORK HOURS:

    FULL-TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 5:00 PM - 1:30 PM


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
