Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Employee Data Management Specialist 3's for a contract opportunity in Hazelwood, MO.



100% onsite

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Workday - 2 years' experience Workday Security, Excel, and Worklife experience

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides business process and HR system subject matter expertise to business partners and work group. Coordinates small scale projects with customers and business partners to resolve issues. Evaluates wide-range of complex requests for various HR user access and takes appropriate action. Assists team members in fact finding for internal/external HR audits. Maintains process documentation on HR systems application processes. Performs analysis on HR system applications to resolve data discrepancies ensuring that business processes are being followed. Performs system testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Coordinates requests with business partners to perform large volume transactions referring to established practice and policies. Creates HR system error queries to audit transaction activity for errors using established work procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Preferred EIB experience (Enterprise Integration Builder is a mass update technology used in workday)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time/First Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
