Chipton-Ross is seeking a Field Service Representative (Level 3) for a contract opportunity at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provides technical field support of company products. Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems coverage. Resolves maintenance and operational issues. Interprets technical documents and monitors product performance. Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures. Develops and conducts ad hoc training.

  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    able to lift 30 lbs, work around the aircraft, on aircraft, on maintenance stand – involved in maint activity and over the shoulder support for mechanics.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    WORK HOURS FULL TIME/ SECOND SHIFT; 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
