Chipton-Ross is seeking a Tool Integ Analyst 2 for a contract opportunity in Auburn, WA.
OnsiteBASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience o SharePoint or similar experience o Experience working in a fast paced, high stress environment o Experience multitasking o Education or equivalent working experiencePOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules. Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams. Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems. Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information. Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules. Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures. Performs tooling product order processing. Prepares order packages for distribution. Performs associated general administrative duties. Manages electronic or physical drawings. Works under general supervision.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
o Project management familiarization is preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift 5:30 AM - 2:00 PMADDITIONAL:
OT possible. Depends on workload. 1-5 hours could be expected, but depends on priorities.Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
