Chipton-Ross is seeking a Harness Board Assembler for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
The role requires at least two years of harness-board experience, strong proficiency with crimping tools, and the ability to perform continuity and insulation testing, soldering, and torque verification; space-addendum experience is also preferred.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The assembler will sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10 hours per shift, must be able to lift up to 30 lb, work safely in a production environment, and consistently achieve high first-pass yield, accurate wire-cut tolerance, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous-improvement and prototype work.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GEDWORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st ShiftEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
