Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Employee Development Specialists (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Experience with giving presentations and public speaking
- 1+ years of experience using reporting tools
- 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with designing, developing, and/or delivering course content and instructional materials
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
- Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
- Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods
- Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations
- Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors
- Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environment
- Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) process knowledge
- Strong experience with Electrical systems (re: fabrication, installations, testing, troubleshooting)
- Strong experience with cleint Production System (BPS) and Quality Management System (QMS) Experience with operating/navigating: Wireshop Homepage, BAC specifications (D6-36911), Standard Work Instructor (SWI), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Redars
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems
- Experience organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail while ensuring accuracy
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
WORK HOURS FULL TIME/ SECOND SHIFT; 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
