Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience using planning Del Tek Open Plan.
  • Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience.
  • Program Master Scheduling Experience.
  • 5+ years of Experience using planning Del Tek Open Plan.
  • 5+ years of Experience with Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience.
  • Program Master Scheduling Experience.
  • Proposal and capture experience required with F16.
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple immediate requirements across our clients Line of Business. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning experience, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Aerospace/Aviation (preferred).
  • Microsoft Project Experience,
  • Milestones Professional Experience,
  • Proven Planning and Scheduling Expertise
  • Proposal Planning expertise.
  • Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience.
  • Previous client experience
  • Candidate must be flexible to work on a variety of assignments and be able to work with other planners/schedulers and internal customer in a fast pace and changing environment.
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to lead meetings and reviews.
  • Understanding of EV to make sure proposals will be executable.
  • Ability to comprehend schedule requirements and document them in a meaningful way.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
  • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time- 4/10
  • ADDITIONAL:

  • Candiadte must be have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.


  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
