Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Littleton, CO.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives (VP level or above).
- Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting (Concur/BCD).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Concur.
- Ability to quickly learn and champion new digital tools (DX).
- Experience planning and executing high visibility events and managing site level logistics (room reservations, AV, catering, security).
- Resides in or near Deer Creek, CO, or can reliably travel to the Deer Creek office on a regular basis (minimum 3 days/week).
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work with 100 % accuracy on expense reports.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; capable of engaging regularly with executives and external partners.
- Agility – embraces change, breaks down silos, and drives continuous improvement.
- Inclusive mindset – upholds a psychologically safe environment and models organizational values.
- Prior experience in a government contract or aerospace environment.
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
