Chipton-Ross is seeking an Information Technology Analyst 4 for a contract opportunity in Pascagoula, MS.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 9 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 7 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Admin, who will report to the IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Manager, to lead and oversee the lifecycle of contracts across our IT I&O portfolio. This includes hardware, software, cloud services, telecommunications, and managed service agreements.
  • In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that all contracts align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and vendor performance standards. Acting as the primary liaison between IT leadership, procurement, legal, and external vendors, you will safeguard the organization's interests while enabling efficient and resilient infrastructure operations.
  • Key Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Contract Management
  • Lead negotiations, draft dispute letters, and manage contract change requests.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Facilitate contract governance meetings and maintain the Contract Governance library.
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive accountability and performance.
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Monitor and enforce compliance across IT Infrastructure & Operations contracts.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
  • Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teammates.
  • Develop, track, and report on key metrics supporting the governance contract lifecycle.
  • Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and transparency in asset and contract management.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant professional experience or Master's degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, IT Procurement, or IT Contract Management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing software and hardware contracts, including vendor negotiations and compliance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and ITAM best practices, including software license management and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Advanced skills in MS365 tool suite, Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
  • Proven expertise in contract administration, financial analysis, and supplier management.
  • Professional certification
  • Experience managing SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Adobe).
  • Familiarity with ISO, CMMC, ITIL, and other IT governance frameworks.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Bachelor of Science degree in related field is required.

    WORK HOURS:

    Full-Time 5/40, workweek.


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
