Chipton-Ross is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Hayward, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple functional areas.
- Computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access.
- May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of cGMP manufacturing in the areas of cell culture, purification, and buffer/ media preparations.
- Demonstrated understanding and compliance to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures.
- Thorough working understanding and application of quality and business systems, for example: document/ batch record control, inventory control, and training, et. al.
- Must have the ability to correctly complete high school-level mathematics.
- Incumbent must be proficient in a variety of mathematical disciplines and be able to work with both the metric and USA standards of measurement.
- Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions and have good verbal/written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.
- Must be able to navigate, conduct searches, and fill on line forms on Personal Computer for the purposes of training, performance management, and self service applications.
- Must have the ability to navigate electronic mail systems and intranet for communication purposes.
- Basic word processing skills.
- Basic spreadsheet skills.
- Basic typing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and track departmental information and process performance using various spreadsheets and database PC programs.
- Prepare and maintain documents, files, databases, and records such as standard operating procedures (SOP) and batch records. aintain warehouse operations, such as inventory control and ordering supplies and equipment as required.
- Systems Administrator for training records in department.

- May be required to twist at the waist over 4 hours.
- May be required to lift up to 75lbs. Lifts per shift of between 1 to 30 times.
- May be required to carry up to 75lbs. Carry distance of between 1 to 30 times.
- Requires repetitive use of both right and left hands and arms over 4 hours.
- May require simple grasping over 4 hours.
- May require power grasping over 4 hours.
- May require fine manipulation up to 1 hour.
- May require pushing/pulling with hands/arms over 4 hours.
- May require office work activities with hands/arms between 1-2 hours.
- Will be required to drive cars, trucks, forklifts or other equipment.
- Will be required to work around moving equipment and machinery.
- Will be required to walk on uneven ground.
- Will be exposed to noise above 85 dBA. May require hearing protection.
- Will not have exposure to hot, cold, wet environment/conditions.
- May be exposed to dust, gases, chemicals, liquid Nitrogen, and fumes. May require respiratory protection.
- Will be required to work at heights above floor level.
- Will be required to operate foot controls or repetitive foot movement.
- May require the use of special visual or auditory protective equipment.
- May be required to drive to travel to other facilities, training sites, and off site meetings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor degree preferred.
**Education MUST be accredited**WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time-07:30am-04:00pm
- Must be able to work more than 8 hours a day or 40 hours a workweek as required. Overtime may be required at times.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
