Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sales Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• 2+ years‘ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.- Strong customer service aptitude, and ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management.
- Track record of robust analytical and problem solving skills,
- Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Self-starter, highly organized, ability to multitask, deadline-driven.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present both internally and externally to retailers.
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, quickly evolving role.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
National Sales Data Analysis- Perform complex analyses to provide recommendations to the sales team based on different reports and data sources.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis against tight deadlines as defined by the assigned account leaders.
- Assist with the monthly reporting in collaboration with Trade Finance and Business Insights Teams.
Small Format National Accounts Partnership- Produce compelling fact-based presentations supporting Red Bull’s sales team.
- Provide consistent communication platforms to the sales team and the overall organization (monthly key accounts sales meeting, e-mail communication, presenting on a regular basis to the wider team, etc.)
- Develop strong relationships internally and with customers to become the go-to sales data resource person.
- Remain current on technical, industry and business issues and trends that affect the company sales efforts.
- Support team needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and customer service.
Project Management- Lead all key projects that impact the Small Format landscape for assigned accounts.
- Take leadership role on key projects.
- Ad hoc project management/support as required to support growth initiatives (i.e. Territory expansion, business cases for incremental resources to attack opportunities in core universe).
Tracking & Reporting- Establish best practice reporting, and take on responsibility for report updates, both weekly and monthly.
- Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time- Monday-Friday 09:00am-05:00pm. HYB
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
