Chipton-Ross is seeking an Avionic Technician for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 6+ years of Current relevant Avionics MOD experience.
  • SKILLS MATRIX:
  • Avionics Testing- 4 - 6 Years
  • C-130J- 4 - 6 Years
  • Cable Wire Harness- 4 - 6 Years
  • Wireharness Print Reading- 4 - 6 Years
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    C-130 Mod Avionics Technician- As the MOD Hangar Avionics, C-130 Technician you will be responsible for installing electrical harnesses/components, routing various wire/cables, Terminating cables/wires, and performing operational checks. You may also be required to troubleshoot and repairing electrical and avionics systems based on area assigned. Will sometimes perform other duties such as general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
  • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time-05:30am-04:00pm


  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
