Chipton-Ross is seeking a Fleet Administrator for a hybrid contract opportunity in Denver, CO.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Minimum of 2 years’ of administrative experience.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to communicate to all levels in the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a diverse work group.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Outlook e-mail, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must be approachable, teachable, a team player able work with a national team.
- Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, maintain and distribute all company fleet related files such as fleet records, insurance, registration and permitting of all company vehicles.
- Work closely with the Fleet Management Company. daily in regards to fleet records and processes.
- Maintain user list for all fleet related systems.
- Audit Holman Insights and other Fleet Management systems at least weekly.
- Maintain, monitor, and manage vehicle titles, license and registrations and is current in data base.
- Maintain certificates of insurance (COI) and vehicle insurance cards.
- Assist with managing, receiving and distribution of new vehicles.
- Set up and manage all new vehicles and drivers within the suite of Fleet Management Systems.
- Perform periodic vehicle inventory audit and ensure fleet inventory database is up to date and kept current in fleet management system.
- Create, Prepare and disseminate periodic reports.
- Assign all company vehicles and maintain company vehicle data base when changes occur.
- Create and deactivate fuel cards in conjunction with maintaining the fuel card data base. Assign and manage fuel pin numbers for vehicles and new/terminated employees.
- Customer Service champion, maintain a positive relationship with all fleet customers and partners.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned but not limited to Fleet department.
- An Analyst at heart.
- Up to 10% travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Employee frequently is required to walk and sit in office and warehouse environments
- Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Employee will periodically lift and/or move up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions on occasion.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually office moderate.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday 09:00am-05:00pm HYB
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
