Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Data Management Engineer (Level 4) for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with the ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) procedures
  • Experience working with Airplane systems and/or certification
  • Experience with project management and self-managing projects.

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversees and leads the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of highly integrated complex products. Leads the definition and planning of comprehensive sets of product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products. Leads the analysis of complex product trades and/or changes and the development of change proposals. Leads the implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes, systems and tools. Leads and directs the definition and allocation of Configuration Management and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle. Assures the integration of product elements; analyzes and resolves complex issues with engineering product structure. Leads and directs the development, integration and implementation of engineering technical program plans. Works under minimal direction. Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role. Regular and predictable attendance is required

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

    WORK HOURS FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
