Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a remote contract opportunity.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience with Critical Path
  • 5+ years of experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
  • 5+ years of experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
  • Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
  • 5+ years of experience with Milestones Professional software
  • Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
    • • Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
  • Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
  • Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
  • Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs

    • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Accredited HSD/GED

    WORK HOURS:

    Full-Time 1st Shift RMT


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
