Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist for a contract opportunity in Camden, NJ.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Enhanced BI Tools and Applications: Power BI, Palantir Foundry and Other Licensed Tools
  • SAP / SAP S4 Hana
  • Experience taking a vision from meeting with a stakeholder to determine requirements through proof of concept to project completion with stakeholder fully satisfied is a must.
  • Experience AI / ML such as Palantir Foundry
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
  • Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong SQL/ SQL backend skills; experience with Python, R is a plus.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst, to lead, develop and implement solutions related to but not limited to: Program Reviews, Sourcing Data, Program Schedules, Financial Information, Executive Reviews, opportunities for streamlining and process automation, etc. Must be able to use tools such as Power BI, Palantir Foundry and other tools to access data and develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, drilldown capability, and truly actionable information with impact. Essential Functions:
    -Analytics & Insights:
  • Build dashboards and reports to support Business visibility and performance.
  • Analyze programmatic schedules, sourcing data, shop floor and financial information.
  • Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
  • KPI Development & Performance Management:
  • Develop and maintain executive and program review chain KPIs real time visibility and decision making and streamlining ongoing reviews.
  • Support the measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
  • -Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization:
  • Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools).
  • Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
  • Automate manual reporting processes as well as repetitive systems processes to drive efficiency, consistency and eliminate errors.
  • -Collaboration & Business Partnership:
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • BI, Analytics, Data Science Dashboarding, Business Intelligence, Process Automation or similar experiences are preferred.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • WORK HOURS:

  • 9/80- Monday through Friday with every other Friday off.


  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
