Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Technician for a contract opportunity in Jupiter, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must be able to read electrical schematics. Must have previous soldering experience. Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Previous experience with electronic and electrical fabrication. Previous experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. Mechanical and general fabrication skills. Previous experience working with, fabricating and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions. Exclude technicians working in production or quality assurance.

Full-Time 5/40 work schedule 1st ShiftEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
