Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst 2 for a contract opportunity in San Antonio, TX.
100% onsiteBASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets. o 3+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings. o Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams. o 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. o Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The San Antonio VC-25B Team is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Analyst to aid in optimizing data in joining this team, you will gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources while utilizing multiple tools/resources. o Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research. o Add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations. o Maintain and improve process efficiency through the use of process methods, tools, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation, and data analysis. o Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing, and integrating applicable internal data, external data, and building metrics for reviews. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership, to support data-driven decision-making processes. o Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across various levels and functions. o Dive into analytics and metrics utilized for the entire site, understanding the objectives and processes in place. o Be self-driven and work without much oversight once understanding the objectives and processes. o Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk. o Model and drive accountability. o Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes. o Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. o Drive collaboration across teams/functions at varying levels of leadership. o Foster a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. o Build trust with business partners, peers, and leadership.
Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role. Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
o 2+ years of experience interfacing and collaborating with senior and executive leadership. o Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction. o Experience in developing and implementing process improvements. o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMADDITIONAL:
OT: As required.Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
