Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 6+ years experience writing Manufacturing work instructions
  • 6+ years Experience with Manufacturing Processes (Machining, Assembly)
  • 6+ years Experience with Process Documentation
  • 6+ years windchill PLM experience

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for generating and maintaining detailed work instructions for a variety of complex manufacturing processes using windchill PLM.
  • Using engineering principles to reduce span time, increase part manufacturability and statistical process control for various operations.
  • Working with inspection to outline sampling inspection plans and other time saving measures.

    • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited HSD/GED

    • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time
  • 4/10 work schedule
  • 1st Shift


    • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
