Chipton-Ross is seeking an APG Mechanic for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Landing gear
- Powerplants
- Flight controls
- Fueling/Defueling
- Aircraft movement/Launch & Recovery
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Pnuedralic systems and components on the aircraft.
- Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft.
- Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
- 1st shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
