Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance General for a contract opportunity in White Sands Missile Range, NM.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Minimum 5 years experience building metal framed walls.
- Minimum 5 years experience Repairing Drywall.
- Minimum 5 years experience Painting Walls.
- Minimum 5 years experience Building Wood Framed walls.
- Minimum 5 years experience Remodeling office space or home repair.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical. Work on plant facilities using hand and power tools. May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Safety shoes, goggles, and leather gloves required for this position.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS:
- 4/10-1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
