Structural Mechanic

Chipton Ross is seeking Assemblers/Structures Mechanics for a contract opportunity in Milledgeville, GA.

• Will be working on Boeing 787
• Work from Engineering drawings, blueprints manufacturing specifications and procedures, quality procedures and instructions, operation and work sheets and company, military and customer specifications and procedures and verbal instructions. Perform a variety of structural assembly and fastener/sealant operations. Inspect to engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor and implement adherence to all safety and department procedures, practices, and directives. •Approve and stamp acceptable assemblies and reject assemblies not meeting requirements. Use a variety of power tools, hand tools and shop equipment

• 5+ years of experience

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED required

• Full-Time
• Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift and will be required to work on a 5/40 schedule

• Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
