- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Computing Architect 4 for an opening in Renton, WA.
Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and information management systems and components. Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle. Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models. Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives. Performs trade-off analyses. Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments. Drafts data and information management products and service standards. Assess impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle. Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering IT solutions in support of Business, Information and Library systems. This includes but is not limited to Library Content Management; Metadata Management, and Digital Asset Management.
Computer programming and systems design - Intermediate Level
Design of software systems - Intermediate Level
IT Architecture - Intermediate Level
Accredited Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
Potential for 2-4 trips
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
