Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Health Services Support Administration C for an opening in Everett, WA

RESPONISBILITIES:
Performs complex administrative tasks in support of medical services. Runs basic queries to prepare medical information reports. Documents occupational health examination information and qualifications from health examinations. Schedules complex appointments for internal and external providers. Assesses the urgency of medical requests based on observable or stated signs and symptoms, taking immediate action to minimize potential exposure. Initiatives referral for specific follow-up. Retrieves and files individual medical records and documentation for routine requests and storage following established protocol. Reviews complex medical records and releases documents according to protocol. Provides training and support to less experienced employees.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

ON-CALL/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
