- Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Process Engineer 5's for an opportunity in Renton, WA
Provides strategic direction for the application of industry standard analysis methods and techniques to continuously improve and optimize solutions for complex engineering and manufacturing processes throughout the value stream. Leads the adaptation and implementation of national and industry standards for product definition data. Leads the implementation and integration processes and tools across programs. Strategically leads and directs program transition plans to improve existing processes and optimize the effective application of new tool technology. Oversees the strategic implementation of new approaches to program planning that simulate the multi-functional dependencies of the product development lifecycle for complex, highly integrated products. Works under consultative direction.
EXTREMELY SKILLED CURRENT OR FORMER MECHANICS PREFERRED WITH EXPERIENCE WITHIN ENTIRE 737 FINAL ASSEMBLY PREFERRED.
MUST HAVE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT SHOP FLOOR 737 EXPERIENCE. MECHANICS, MANAGERS, ENGINEERS, and TECHNICIANS ARE APPLICABLE SKILLSETS.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF SHOP FLOOR.
MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE WORKING CONNECTIONS AT THE 737 RENTON SITE.
CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO LOOK AT JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND UNDERSTAND LOCATIONS IN BUILD PROCESS.
MUST BE READY TO WALK THE FLOOR AND ENGAGE WITH MECHANICS
737 EXPERIENCE MUST BE RECENT (LAST 5 YEARS.) THIS ROLE IS AN INFLUENCER AND EFFECTS SITE STRATEGY.
Must have 10 years' experience.
Accredited Bachelor's Degree.
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
