- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Engineer 4 for an opening in Orlando, FL.
Sr. level PCB Designer with design experience of high density multi-layer using POWER, ANALOG and HIGH SPEED DIGITAL technologies using Mentor Graphics Tools Xpedition V2.3 and Designer V2.3. Design experience should include controlled impedance, terminators, diff pairs, stripline, dual stripline, DDR3, DDR4 and shielded traces on double-sided boards up to 36 layers and 5 gbps. HDI, fine pitch BGA's, micro, blind and buried via experience is a must. Layout of flex and rigid-flex boards is a plus. HyperLynx DRC knowledge is a major plus.
Experienced in the use of Mentor Graphics Tools Xpedition V2.3, Designer V2.3 and Valor. Experienced in the layout of PCBs with DDR3 and DDR4, PCIe, GIGe using micro, blind, buried and back drilled vias. Valor experience necessary as well. Knowledge of IPC/Mil specs. Ability to obtain a security clearance
See above plus HyperLynx DRC, DxDatabook and Library Manager experience. Experience with Mentor Graphics Board Station, DaLMS and Fablink is also a plus.
