Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer for an contract employment opportunity in Everett, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups. Contributes to supplier development, test and production activities and directs the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goals. Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Supports system components'' designs/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation. Interfaces with the factory to provide engineering disposition on build issues and noncomnformances. Supports in production fleet with responses on customer issues and coordination on document updates. Trains others. Works under general direction.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
