Chipton-Ross is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer Level 2 for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.
Real-time embedded Software Engineer to maintain tactical software primarily for the PAC-3 family of products. The software is written in the Ada programming language. The candidate will experience all phases of software development ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing.
-Real-time embedded development experience using the Ada programming language, Experience with the VxWorks RTOS, Strong knowledge of serial and Ethernet communication protocols, Knowledge of Rhapsody is also beneficial.
Experienced in the use of the GNAT Ada compilation system, Experience with the Wind River Workbench development environment and the Power PC computer architecture. A working knowledge of C++.
Accredited BS in Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field;
9/80, 1st Shift
