Chipton-Ross is seeking an Associate Customer Services Rep for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives.
Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports. Acts as liaison for customers. Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.
High School diploma or equivalent and some related experience.
High School diploma or GED is required.
School must be accredited.
Part time only. Tuesday thru Thursday (18 hours per week).
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
