Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an opportunity in McLean, VA.
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The TAC is an integral member of the TA team providing support to a geographically dispersed customer base playing a key role in interviewing scheduling and supporting the full life cycle recruiting process.
We are seeking a goal oriented, motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute in a team environment. The TAC works closely with a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABP) and is responsible for administrative functions of the recruiting lifecycle to include (but not limited to): requisition support, interview coordination, scheduling applicant travel, coordination with hiring events, interview document support and other various assigned activities and projects.
High School and 4+ experience in an HR/Recruiting capacity (do not submit candidates: over-qualified, recruiter, HR administrator, HR generalist).
Knowledge of MS Office applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Selected candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment, including the ability to multi task, balance priorities and meet critical deadlines is required.
Must be a team player who is flexible, is able to troubleshoot issues, able to provide support to a diverse customer base and demonstrate a focused commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Bachelor's Degree in an HR related field.
Current experience working with web-based applicant tracking systems.
High School degree/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
